From the beaches of Phuket to the canals of Bangkok, Thailand faces growing waste problems driven by tourism, urban density, and poor waste segregation. Omega is rolling out a national Core–Hub–Node system to protect natural ecosystems and empower Thai communities to take the lead.
How We Operate in Thailand
Our strategy combines scalable coordination with hyperlocal activation:
- Core: Bangkok serves as the central Core for data, logistics, and government integration
- Hubs: Regional Hubs in Phuket, Chiang Mai, and Pattaya connect to multiple community nodes
- Nodes: Local nodes handle beach cleanups, canal restoration, and school programs
This model allows Omega to serve both high-density cities and rural zones that need innovative support.

Additional Hubs may open in Koh Samui, Krabi, and along the Mekong River for cross-border node collaboration.
